Having worked in a variety of different roles, in many different industries, with many different types of people, I finally realised we all have one thing in common…there are never enough hours in the day to do all the things we want and need to do!
As a person who is proactive, inherently helpful, a natural problem solver and very time efficient, I realised I could help people overcome this daily battle, and so Elizabeth Catchpole Concierge was born.
Years of working in the leisure and hospitality industry has equipped me with all the skills necessary to assist you in your day to day life. Polite, professional and hardworking; my communication and organisational skills allow me to provide the highest level of customer service to everyone I work with. Through Elizabeth Catchpole Concierge I am able to put all my skills to good use every day and not just one or two of them. I love helping people and know from my client’s feedback that I genuinely make a difference and improve their work/life balance.
I love the variety and different challenges that each new day brings, and knowing that I am finding real solutions that really work to support people’s busy lives is so rewarding. I could be finding you a builder one day, then planning a 60th birthday party the next!
I’m very much a family person, so naturally I am very good with children. I have 2 nieces and 2 nephews who I love spending time with, and are a huge part of my life. So I am not afraid of a bit of childcare too.
